The Orange County Eye Project (OCEP) was started to help the underserved population in Orange County to receive retina care for blinding eye disease such as diabetic retinopathy. OCEP has expanded its services to address the underserved population’s general ophthalmology needs as well. Dr. Adrean serves on the advisory board for OCEP and was part of the planning committee to host this inaugural charitable event.
